Prunehilde is the lovechild of apple, pear and plums: cox orange & pear pomace meets fresh plums, before being topped up with a little water for the second fermentation, then finished with the previously cut out and toasted plum pits for dry and fruity interplay of flavors with a subtle touch of almond.
