The Aecht [Kimmel] manages the balancing act between fancy aromatics and crowdpleaser, given you like caraway in the first place. We love Jörg Geiger’s creation with a nice buttered bread or Schupfnudeln with cabbage or Sauerkraut, but also with fried fish.
