The juicy-sweet Eisapfel from Croncels is only hardly suitable as a dessert apple today due to its sensitivity to pressure - so it’s all the nicer that we can enjoy it as a single variety juice! Beautiful interplay of sweetness and acidity with floral fragrance and very fine notes of almonds and earthy tones.
