When placing an order online you can chose to pick it up from our Berlin store.
Please read the following page carefully to make sure your pickup goes smoothly. Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions about our preorder & pickup service.
How to – Pickup basics
- Simply place your order online and choose your preferred pickup location and timeslot.
- Swing by during your booked timeslot for a quick and easy pickup of your preordered bottles.

Pickup in our store
You can pick up your orders in our store in Prenzlauer Berg. Please note that public parking is very limited in the area, but you can use the right lane on Prenzlauer Alle in front of the store for a quick stop (it’s an official loading zone). We kindly ask you to be mindful and attentive towards other road users and only stop for as long as it is absolutely neccessary, and of course be careful when leaving your car.

What You Need to Bring
To pick up your order please have the following at hand:
- Your name (or the name that matches your order)
- Your order number (such as
#12345), which is part of your confirmation email
Packaging
During checkout you can add a Mindful Shopper to your order, which we’ll use to pack your bottles so you can carry them home comfortably. The Mindful Shopper is available at a discounted price on all orders of €50 and more, and can be added as a free gift at no extra cost to all orders of €100 and more.
For logistic reasons, all orders not including a Mindful Shopper are packed in reused cardboard boxes from our warehouse by default. You can of course leave the boxes with us, please make sure you bring a sturdy carrier bag to take home your order safely.
Rescheduling Your Pickup
If you cannot make it during the timeslot you booked please let us know in advance, so we can rebook your slot. This is important so that we can guarantee your order is prepared and ready for you.
To reschedule your pickup just reply to your order confirmation email and we’ll sort it out from there. Please don’t message us on Instagram because we will not be able to match your order that way.
