Our portfolio features a range of single variety juice, sparkling juice and verjus, kombucha, shrubs, sparkling tea and wine proxies, as well as alcohol-free sparkling wine, beer and spirits, and a few other exciting beverages that somehow don’t want to fit into any existing category.
We have recently decided to stop selling (natural) wines altogether, only keeping ciders and pomquettes as alcoholic alternatives.
We also advise restaurateurs and chefs, producers, and event organizers on the selection and creation of high-quality alternatives to alcohol-based standards — for what we hope will be a mindful and inclusive future when it comes to drinking!
