Sparkling Tea

Sparkling teas, under no circumstances to be confused with the questionable invention of bubble tea, are fizzy tea-based drinks. Depending on the variety, the cold or hot extracted tea is flavoured with additional herbs or spices, enriched with fruits or fruit juices and sometimes sweetened. Finally, added carbonic acid gives the tea mixture its fine perlage.
