Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
You may revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days in text form (e.g., via email to hallo@mindfuldrinking.club) without stating any reasons. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods by you or a third party designated by you. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notification before the 14-day period expires.
You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obligated to reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred if you selected a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. However, reimbursement will only be made after we have received and inspected the returned goods.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
Returning Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Please note that we do not offer free returns. You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods.
Returns for Bundles
Please note that for bundle purchases (e.g., sets of multiple bottles at a reduced price), it is not possible to return individual bottles or partial deliveries from the bundle. Only a complete return of the entire bundle is allowed.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded.
