The grapes for this single variety juice come from over 30-year-old vines in the Silvaner vineyard of the Rhine-Hesse winery Schütte. Only rarely are such high-quality fruits not fermented into wine, a true rarity, that we highly appreciate! Mildly aromatic with hints of honey and pear, and particularly digestible due to its low acidity.
