The magnificent, single-variety Winterprinzenapfel (winter prince) smells temptingly warm and sweet, and its subtle notes of apricot and honey make it your full-bodied go to juice all year round. For us, the undisputed queen is and remains the quince, which, with its flowery nose and perfect acidity, simply must never be missed. The third in the bunch, beet, rounds off a finely tuned cuvée of various old apple varieties with its earthy, tart notes. We recommend you enjoy these juices chilled, but not ice cold.
