Antilope is the second sparkling alcohol-free specialty from Beaujolais vigneron Romain des Grottes after the bestselling L’Antidote. Based on an aromatic infusion of herbs and rounded off with organic white grapes and apples, Antilope is a well balanced sparkling with notes of verbena, juniper, gentian, pine and yarrow. An elegant aperitif as well as a sparkling pairing for anything cabbage or creamy pasta dish.
