Then we make a stop in Antwerp, Belgium, where Bôtan Distillery carefully grows and distills a delicate selection of herbs that make Henry Quatre the aromatic bouquet of red dreams that it is, and eventually finish in the Italian Dolomites, where Feral create their No. 3 with intense notes of thyme and oak, based on fermented beets and wild blueberries.
