The Proxy B is a kombucha-based wine alternative that relies entirely on local ingredients: instead of well-traveled teas, blackberry and walnut leaves are used. In combination with quince from the Uckermark region, real meadowsweet and extracts from spicy oak wood, the Bouche team has really scored a regional coup! This is how we do regionality today!
