Like its white sibling, the Zero Zero Rosé from Gustavshof is not a non-alcoholic wine, but a finely balanced blend of the best, biodynamically grown grapes: Verjus and a dash of the farm’s own vinegar are added to the juice of the aromatic Muscat Bleu. A delicate pink to salmon colour in the glass, with a fine balance of fruit and acidity on the palate.
