The Gustavshof in Gau-Heppenheim, Rheinhessen, is already run by the 4th generation of the Roll family. The 18 hectares of vineyards have been cultivated according to the guidelines of organic farming since 2004, and since 2012 the farm has been working according to the biodynamic guidelines of Demeter. In addition to typical regional wines and some rarities, the Gustavshof also produces non-alcoholic alternatives and aromatic grape juices.
