Cuvée 1 (2020)

All good apples come in three: For the Cuvée 1 from our friends at Klaar, the Altländer apple varieties Ingrid Marie, Boskop and Finkenwerder Herbstprinz meet for a bubbly rendezvous. Fermented individually, then cuvéed and bottled during fermentation. Hand disgorged in May 2021 and matured into a summery, fresh Pet Nat Cider, Cuvée 1 is a wonderfully light aperitif, but also goes amazingly well with a hearty snack.
