Clearly Confused combines fruity and tart qualities of fermented apple with typical flavors from its inventors’ Nordic origin. The herbal acidity from spruce needles and slight bitterness of angelica root are perfectly balanced by the woody and resinous aromas of oak and juniper, rounded off with some lovely elderflower.
