Very berry and friendly floral, this pomquette bubbles into your glass. Apple pomace from their own cider production is infused with a tea of fresh and dried elderflowers and macerated again. After pressing, the infused liquid is fortified with elderberry pulp and forest honey for a second fermentation, and bottled while still fermenting. Tart earthy and fruity with very little residual sweetness, and with a light 4% vol. it is an ideal companion for your next picnic.
