For the bright Elderonora apple pomace from Holstein Cox is infused with a tea from dried and frozen elderflowers, elderberry mash and honey, and bottled during fermentation. The result is a dry and bubbly cross between pomquette and mead (honey wine), deliciously aromatic with notes of sour cherries and berries and tangy light 3.5%.
