Mary Jane is back! The first vintage of this hopped Pomquette sold out in no time, and 2021 definitely has the potential to be a big seller, too. The hop varieties Arianne and Cascade lend refreshingly resinous and citrusy notes to the spontaneously fermented second infusion of the aromatic apple marc from Boskop, Ingrid Marie, Elstar & Finkenwerder Herbstprinz. A match made in heaven, uhm Hamburg.
