Layers of aromatics form Japanese shiso and yuzu to enchanting notes of almonds and cherry, the Shizo is everything we hoped for. Our hopes were high when first ever trying this one, and we have been madly in love with the team of Bôtan Distillery ever since.
Fun fact: Due to the high popularity of Shizo and the growing demand for shiso leaves, Bôtan Distillery has now become the largest grower of this aromatic herb in Europe.
