Wakataya: Bôtanical Cocktail

Wakataya (Sour) is an exceptional multi-layered ready to drink cocktail creation based on deep citrus aromas and Japanese sansho pepper and a variety of highly aromatic herbs including our beloved verbena and lemon balm. Although this Bôtanical Cocktail is named after the exceptional Peruvian mint variety Huacatay, all herbs are cultivated, distilled and composed into unique drinks on Bôtan Distillery’s own premisses in Belgium.
