Cuvée 2 (2020)

Hello you nicely crisp Pet Nat Cidre! Blended from the four seperately fermented old apple varieties Cox Orange, Boskop, Ingrid Marie and Finkenwerder Herbstprinz, 9 months on the lees and hand disgorged in summer 2021. Spicy and full bodied apple aroma with teasing bubbles and a good tannin grip.
