Still wine alternative

For the Edition Zwölberich, a variety of top barrel-aged wines from Frühburgunder, Pinot Noir, Dornfelder and Regent grapes from the biodynamic Zwölberich winery are gently dealcoholised in the Jörg Geiger manufactory and refined with dark berries, herbs and spices. This still food companion impresses with a full bouquet, spicy notes of pepper and laurel and a particularly long finish.

Wait a minute, we always say: We have everything except non-alcoholic wine! That’s right, exceptions prove the rule. At Manufaktur Jörg Geiger, selected wines are dealcoholized and form the basis for new, complex beverages. We find this approach very exciting; for us it means a creative further development of non-alcoholic, i.e. de-alcoholized wine.
