The 32 degrees from the manufactory Jörg Geiger is a light, alcohol-free wine alternative based on de-alcoholized Riesling in combination with crisp apple, subtle notes of quince and peach and selected herbs. Makes a great statement aperitivo or elegant food companion to a summery melon salad with feta, wild herb quiche or even slightly spicy dishes.

At Manufaktur Jörg Geiger, selected wines are dealcoholized and form the basis for new, complex beverages. We find this approach very exciting; for us it means a creative further development of non-alcoholic, i.e. de-alcoholized wine.
