The 32 degrees from the manufactory Jörg Geiger is a light, alcohol-free wine alternative based on de-alcoholized Riesling in combination with crisp apple, subtle notes of quince and peach and selected herbs. Makes a great statement aperitivo or elegant food companion to a summery melon salad with feta, wild herb quiche or even slightly spicy dishes.

We find this approach very exciting; for us it means a creative further development of non-alcoholic, i.e. de-alcoholized wine.
