Cider pear - apple - coffee

Surprising cuvée of Gelbmöstler pear and the two apple varieties Berlepsch and Gewürzluiken, with aromatic coffee beans from Finca Sonora in the highlands of Mexico. Full-bodied and fresh, with notes of caramel, chestnut blossom and slightly tart roasted flavors. A great companion for example to hearty stews, red beets or aged cheese.
