The 33 degrees from the manufactory Jörg Geiger is a dry, alcohol-free wine alternative based on de-alcoholized Pinot Meunier and Dornfelder wines in combination with aromatic pear and berries, subtle notes of cherries and selected herbs. An invigorating food companion with a fine tannin structure, goes wonderfully with oriental mezze, but also a smoked trout.

At Manufaktur Jörg Geiger, selected wines are dealcoholized and form the basis for new, complex beverages. We find this approach very exciting; for us it means a creative further development of non-alcoholic, i.e. de-alcoholized wine.
