The cider version of the famous Gemischter Satz, for which only ungrafted chance seedlings and wood apples, also “wild apples”, are used. Pithy and spicy, fine tannins and well-integrated acidity. In somewhat simpler terms, we recognize the qualities of a spicy orange wine here!
