Whiskey alternative meets shrub, and the combo just works. As a Hollywood dream couple, the drink would probably be called Whispberry or Raskey. The American malt provides a flavorful smooth base, the shrub with raspberry and very light lavender notes brings acidity, fruitiness and subtle floral tones. Super easy to mix, yet surprising and complex: to 4cl of American Malt, add 1cl of raspberry-lavender shrub and 8cl of soda. Serve on ice, and voilà!
