The Sound
MURI’s The Sound, named after the ocean strip between Copenhagen and the neighboring Sweden, is easier enjoyed than described. A still blend of roasted apricots, toasted hay and salted magnolia flowers, with yunnan tea, marigold and pine sap. A well balances drink extravaganza with solid tannins, pleasantly layered floral and citrus notes, fine acidity and a mild bitter finish. Is it an alternative to a crunchy orange wine, is it an aperitivo, can you drink it like an vermouth? YES!
