Cuvée No. 28 from the Jörg Geiger manufactory skillfully combines the fine fruit of apple and pear with rich herbal aromas and slightly nutty notes of roasted emmer. The ancient type of wheat, also called Zweikorn, harmonizes wonderfully with spicy thyme and the more grassy to cucumber-like aromas of goutweed and borage. To keep it short: it works!
