Bright cuvée of apple and pear with sloe, chokeberry, and the fine early summer shoots of Douglas fir. Fruity sweetness with tart notes of the dark berries and light ethereal, lemony notes of the silver fir. Aromatic and balanced, Cuvée No. 25 is also a great food companion, for example with grilled fennel or creamy cheeses such as a Brillat Savarin or Duc de Bourgogne.
