Elegant cuvée of apple and pear with roasted barley, hay and flowers. Delightfully floral on the nose, with pronounced fruit and the malty notes of naked barley from Demeter cultivation, and despite the floral notes the composition of Cuvée 21 reminds us somewhat of a traditional German winter desert: baked apple.
