Adrian Manufactory

The history of Adrian Manufactory (Manufaktur) dates back to the first half of the 19th century, as the then master baker was granted the right to produce vinegar and (fruit) wineby the town of Ravensburg back in 1840. Today, the bakery has become a manufactory for exquisite vinegar specialties, but their approach crafts(wo)manship has remained. In close cooperation with local farmers, Adrian Manufaktur in Upper Swabia produces high-quality balsamic vinegars and shrubs.
