We advise restaurateurs and hosts on the selection of high-quality, non-alcoholic alternatives. Depending on the development of the current situation, we will hopefully be able to host tastings and workshops to create new concepts and expand or revise existing selections for restaurants, bars and events from March or April onwards. Though our portfolio already includes a carefully selected and diverse range of products, we always include other sources and distribution partners in our consulting, in order to develop individual beverage concepts fitting our clients’ needs.
We also consult with producers on the development of new beverages and support retail formats such as organic shops and delis, concept stores and various pop-up formats in putting together an appealing range of beverages.
