When life gives you green grapes…

…you make a genuinely local alternative to juice from citrus fruits that have traveled far and wide.

Why go far when the good acidity is so close? That’s probably what culinary enthusiasts Benjamin, Edward and Jakob thought when they founded AVAA (or at least we imagine it happened like that). The grapes for their all-rounder Verjus are grown on the Kaltenthaler organic vineyard in Rheinhessen and then harvested and processed in close coordination with the Berlin trio.
