This liquid love letter to hops and is anything but alcohol-free, but it convinced us so much during the tasting that we don’t want to deprive you of it. In addition to four aromatic hop varieties, Demeter bread (broid) from the day before is used in the brewing process, and to us, that too is Mindful Drinking!
