Alpine Soda - Alpine Forest

Anyone who has ever walked through a coniferous forest in spring is sure to be familiar with them: the bright, light green shoots of the spruce. They give the Alpine Forest its unmistakable, tangy-fresh aroma. What we find particularly beautiful: the fresh branches of the fragrant conifer are collected where the forestry authorities place them or where they fall naturally to maintain the forest’s natural balance.
