
The bright deep red color and the fine pink foam when pouring would be reasons enough for us to choose the Hibiscus from Borino Fizz again and again. We also can’t get enough from its taste, because the gentle fermentation not only gives this wonderful fizz beguiling sour cherry notes, but also a particularly fine perlage. Versatile use from aperitivo hour, to an extended Sunday breakfast, to a hearty goose with blue cabbage (or red cabbage, as long as it tastes good).
