Intense color, fine perlage and pure drinking pleasure: the Hibiscus from Far & Søn in Denmark has long been one of our regulars’ favorites, and rightly so! Pleasantly sparkling with notes of sour cherries and dark berries, the cheerful bubbly really does go with every season and a surprising number of dishes. Our personal highlights: Hibsicus with Oriental mezze, grilled miso eggplant, or even a classic St. Martin’s goose with blue cabbage/red cabbage (tastes great in any state).
